The Poetry Society’s National Poetry Competition 2025 is now open. Entries cost £8 for the first poem and £6 for subsequent poems. Poetry Society members can enter a second poem for free. The 2025 competition will be judged by Denise Saul, Ian Duhig and Susannah Dickey. First prize is £5,000 second prize £3,000, third prize £2,000 and £500 for commended poems.
